I think they need to study the impact on sleep, I think there is a correlation affect between sleep and the late eating that is causing this study to be skewed.

Adequate sleep (6-8 hours) is good for weight control, regardless of other variables. If you close the kitchen at 7, go to bed at ten and get up at six, you probably won’t be gaining much weight whatever else you do.
