DOJ and Jan 6 Committee Announce the empowering of a Grand Jury for the purpose of:
Indictment of Donald Trump on charges of insurrection
Indictment of most White House leaders (Meadows) on charges of insurrection
Indictment of every current GOP candidate for office that attended the Jan 6 protest or Trump speech
Indictment of Virginia Trump and Clarence Thomas for insurrection
Indictment of multiple figures who took part in the insurrection (Hannity, Lindell, etc)
They may well indict these people but it will be after the November election. This October Surprise would infuriate Republican and independent voters and turn a red wave into a red tsunami.
