Pretty much. Van nuys is an “Ok” area. Just screwed up because of Van Nuys Blvd.

Is this city one of those pathetic gun free zones? Van Nuys is a bedroom community located within the city of Los Angeles in the San Fernando Valley about 17 miles northwest of downtown.
