Platteville Police Chief Carl Dwyer said the officer who parked on the railroad tracks has been placed on paid administrative leave pending investigation by the CBI.

Officer Dumb bunny should have already been fired.

Platteville is a tiny town with no money. The settlement costs will probably bankrupt them. I suppose the Weld County Sherrif department can take over the police functions. Maybe that would be for the best anyway.
