Take a look at these guys. All Asians. They know how to work out. This fellow doesn't. (And he's not rolling the clock back).
I applaud him for at least doing something. But the premise of the entire article is ridiculous. He's not rolling anything back.
He's not rolling anything back.
Agreed, somewhat. Ironically, '50 is the new 30' was the interim title of my book...until I woke up (I won't elaborate). Though I definitively feel 20 years younger after reversing my diseased state, would never consult with the same medical community which put me in the former state to attempt to validate such a position. Nor would I ever assert that becoming a gym monkey is an indicator of health (it's not).
Sadly, this article only serves to illustrate the continued ignorance of the medical community because on paper reversing a diseased state - as I have accomplished - is easy. In reality - as I elaborate in my book - for most people it may never happen despite the desire to do so.
Well. I tell ya what I do. I remember when I looked really good and was working out and all. That keeps me in shape at least in my own head. I can, however, lift two cartons of Blue Bell Moolineum ice cream at the same time with a bag of Cheetos on my head.
I’ve seen your GlyNAC thread, but haven’t seen the Urolithin A, Taurine, and Nicotinamide Riboside ones. Could you point me towards that, please? Also the pantethine. That is if you can find them.
We recently added the glycine to our NAC, and other vitamin regimens. Only two weeks in, but no adverse effects so far.
when I plug in Urolithin A into amazon—I get pomegranite extract. Is urolithin a compound in pomegranite?
what are the best sources of urolithin a?
Taurine:

Pantethine:

There are no foods that have Urolithin A. The cheapest way to get it is from Nestle's Celltrient subdivision, in their Celltrient Cellular Strength supplement. Amazon and other places have this.
There is more detail in the Urolithin A threads.
Hope this helps!
Thank you, you’re a gem!

Cool, thanks!
