I am dubious. Many cancers feed on LDH. Don’t know if the ones they studied do. In fact, apparently most frontline Doctors have no clue that an LDH that is not raised can still signal cancer if the isoform composition changes

LDH catalyzes pyruvate to lactate.

Cancer feeds on LDH.

In any event, hopefully they can do something with this.

I know they have studied trying to target LDH to cure cancer

It’s been acknowledged that exercise improves outcomes for cancer patients. This paper is interesting because it proposes a possible mechanism of action.
