That’s an easy amount to get.

Going above 21 mg a day didn’t really help much.

Clonidine isn’t perfect but it also cuts down migraines a lot.

I’ve been taking Niacin (as well at Zinc, vit D and Quercetin) for more than a year as a form of Kung Flu prevention. Haven’t had the Kung Flu and no migraines.

It’s the histamine. When I am migraine prone, I avoid all high histamine foods.
