I know, it's a big primary night, and some will say, like Hillary, "what does this matter, but wtf.

This is my Journey song since it was used in Rodney Dangefield's golfbag/keg in Caddyshack.

There is a parallel to today in this movie, with the snobs(RINO's) hating the slobs(MAGA)

Do you remember sharing a ‘power’ Yacht-Rock video with Steve Perry and another major artist of the time? In the context of the thread, it was hilarious.

I'm guessing Carly Simon or James Taylor.

Not them. The video was set in a street scene. It’ll come back to me.

I brought this up because I intended to respond to you, but delayed and then lost track of the thread... I was so pissed... your post was so apropos.

Pardon my OCD. lol

Saw them in 80, "The Baby's" were the opening act.

Great show.

I always liked Journey. As a high school wrestler in the '80s, the movie, "Vision Quest," was something of a cult film among me and my peers and the first song on the soundtrack was, "Only The Young."

That's one of those special songs for me, capable of instantly transporting me back to another place and time with just the first few notes.

II saw them at The Meadowlands in ‘79 or so. The line-up was Journey, Mahogany Rush, Ted Nugent and Aerosmith. Aerosmith opened with “Helter Skelter.”

I think I saw the same show. It was either at Reunion Arena or the old Dallas County Convention Center.

Journey is the only group that I will turn off in any given situation anytime.

I’d rather it just be silent than listen to them.

Excellent find. I believe it was that industrial settings, but the spoof involved Perry & Loggins.

Then Jonathan Cain from The Babys, joined Journey and turned them into a “Chick Band”.

Speaking of Journey- The other day, this song started playing:

Someday Soon

Good song. Just haven't heard it in a long time. They were a great band.
