You can google search "chick-fil-a aug 1 2012" and get a host of links to other news articles. Note: this is not really about the chicken enterprise; more on how Americans came together in an historic effort to collectively make their voices heard.
It was a great day indeed.
And then they went woke.
Then CFA hired a former exec from BSA and went woke.
Exactly.
After the last round, I haven’t been back.
It’s way, way down the list for me now.
I took a 2 1/2 hour lunch to stand in line for their rights, and then they kicked us to the curb.
BSA?
Yep. Me Too. And there’s one less than three miles away from me here in MA, and i have never been there.
And then I stopped going to their restaurants.
Boy Scouts
I used to be proud of being an Eagle Scout (Class of 68), but no more.
I participated in this. It was like a party. White conservatives are the nicest, friendliest people on the planet. Then they went woke. I haven’t been there since. We’re really putting the hurt on them, too. Now there is only a 20 car back up at lunch instead of 22.
Boy Scouts of America.
Then they stabbed us in the back. Dropped slaw for kale salad because of millennial girls, then went globo homo, dumped Fellowship of Christian athletes to support a runaway shelter started by a pedophile priest Then said his customers should find someone black and polish their shoes.
That’s the thanks we got.
Remain proud of YOUR Eagle. Yours is the real version.
I guess they’re making plenty of money these days, but it sure isn’t our money. No sense even trying to support big businesses any more.
What drivelous ignorant bigoted BS
I love to watch people get upset about Chick-fil-a’s success.
But I never go their — I just about choked on their dry chicken sandwich. A slather or two of mayo might have saved it. Why don’t they sell nice greasy burgers?
There are lots of these articles about CFA and their stabbing the people in the back after we supported them.
Chick-fil-A no longer donates to controversial Christian charities after LGBTQ protests - Dropped support for Salvation Army and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes because homosexuals protested.
Time sure flies. I remember it like it was last week.
I remember this. I went to the CFA at Sports Arena Blvd in San Diego and the line was into the street.
I still go there but it’s several towns down the road. Kids working there are still very polite and orders are fast and effective
