My wife runs in the bath and flosses and brushes her teeth after everything she eats. I brush once before I go to bed, use a tooth pick with a little plastic feather on the end during the day, and rinse with an iondine rinse. Last time I had my teeth cleaned, the dentist assistant remarked what good shape my gums were and asked what I did. She was disappointed I wasn't flossing more.

My hubby does the minimum. I do the maximum. Every six months his gum “numbers” are better than mine. Go figure.
