Who is running this site? They can’t keep a cert current?
To: Pollard
Just another aspect of how the web shakes down sites not Gov. owned.
Many of the sites I visit get a version of this same alarm.

It’s an annual thing. Just one of those bills you have to pay annually like property taxes, insurance etc.

Punch through keep going to this site.Exactly. Ignore the warnings and click on whatever button your browser gives to "go to the site anyway" so to speak. It's safe.

It has to be renewed annually?
That seems excessive, just to collect all those certificate fees. Reminds me of DMV fees to renew your driver’s license.
What choice do you have, not much.
To: Tijeras_Slim
They need to outsource the admin of the site.
To: Ex gun maker.
A Federal web site had a certificate expire about a month ago.
Strangely enough, when they fixed it, the new certificate they installed was valid 3 months prior, meaning that they could have replaced it anytime within the prior three months instead of waiting till after it expired.

Noted, Mr. 96 replies since 2005.

I’ve seen this stuff before it came quickly to me but others will be scared off no doubt.
