Thus before one gets stuck taking expensive prescription depression/anxiety drugs and psych doctor bills, try changing one’s nutrition toward a high anti-oxidant diet, i.e. plant based, and not meat-based, and save money in the process. I asked wife’s psych doctor whether he ever heard of that, he said (definitely) no, and had no plans to investigate, then quickly wrote out another brand-name prescription costing thousands. that’s why I go to a good salad bar at least once a week to get all the spinach and beets and good stuff that’s hard to buy and consume before it all goes bad in your fridge :)
