Here are some common cases of being subservient to woke:
Using the term "sexual orientation" instead of "sexual preference" is woke.
Using “gender” instead of “sex” is woke.
Using “Black” instead of “black” is woke”.
Using “Gender affirming surgery” instead of “genital mutilation surgery” is woke.
Using "Undocumented immigrant" instead of "Illegal immigrant" or "Illegal alien" is woke.
Using the term "equity" (equal outcome) instead of "equality" (equal opportunity) is woke.
Affirmative Action = quotas = discrimination = woke.

True. If Mr. James was rational, then he would have loved America ten years ago, warned his friends about traveling in third world countries with drugs, and prayed for friends in prison for drugs in third world countries. But no, Mr. James is not rational and just says whatever pops into his tiny brain.
I’ve been using Black since the last century.
I also use White, when referencing Caucasian.
I use illegal alien.
If you can’t handle that, sorry... that’s how I reference
things, and no Black is not woke.
That’s the way I see it.
Once again, we’re seeing another incidence of someone not
being grown up enough to take ownership of the issue they
brought on themselves.
The U. S. has no power to force Russia to accept our citizen’s

If I’m packing to go outside the U. S., I’m thinking about

Well, if it’s all about attitude, they may have a good reason

Whites can also have a very poor attitude too at times.
I know the AP style guide’s “reason” for capitalizing black but not white.
Why do you capitalize black and white?
I capitalize African, Asian, Caucasian, Mexican...
Black, White...
The language conventions of the day, this is how I address it.
I wouldn’t capitalize Black and not White, when talking
about segments of our society.
Let me see if this is correct:
