Big brother just got a little bigger with the help of corporate America.
A new bombshell report by the Electronic Freedom Foundation (EFF) has blown the lid off of the “vast, secretive” partnership between private companies and the federal government to surveil and track the movements of millions of people.
According to the EFF, the Biden Regime’s alphabet agencies, including ICE, the FBI, US Secret Service, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Department of Defense (DoD), as well as state and local law enforcement, are being funneled hordes of private cell phone location data by private brokers who harvest the information.
This is the same tactic that Gregg Phillips, Catherine Engelbrecht, and True The Vote used for their investigation into the mail-in ballot dropbox fraud during the 2020 election. The cell phone location data collected by this group was used to identify the network of Democrat operatives who committed mass election fraud, as seen in the recently-released documentary “2000 Mules.”
Well, unfortunately – yet, predictably – the strategy has quickly been turned against the American people for the benefit of the DC Swamp.
Using similar data brokers, the feds are now able to purchase millions of records en masse about the private location of law-abiding citizens – which, surely, is something that should amount to a serious violation of our right to privacy under the 4th amendment. However, many apps on mobile devices actively track and record a user’s location at all times, which the federal government takes full advantage of.
Once a user allows an app access to their location, the company essentially has “free reign” to share the data with nearly no restrictions. Once it is harvested, the government comes along and buys the data in bulk and uses it in surveillance operations, according to the

Don’t carry a cell phone. I value being unreachable.
“Private Brokers”? What are their names these “private” brokers. Who are such entities?
Finally- is APPLE doing this with their phone location data? And, without a warrant for doing so.
eliminate locations on phones for the time being. So, can’t use the bells and whistles— so what? Try reading a real map, with landmarks.
How 1984 of them.
Where’s the warrant? This is completely unconstitutional and another waste of money. Just another reason a vast majority of government needs to be dismantled. They don’t protect our rights, they abuse them.
bombshell is where I stop reading
if they want boring home, dialysis, home, thats all i have!
Turn off your phones when they are not in use. Or go dark and start using burner phones.
The Feds could never, repeat never NOT obtain it if it were available.
Not surprised by this are you?
Geodata is very useful whether ones purpose is nobel, commercial, or sinister. Can be used to solve murders. Can be used to identify where one shops to target advertising. Can be used to identify what political events one attends to target political enemies.
LOL
Then they know it really works!
And the stories are TRUE!
That’s funny.
I wonder why they haven’t released a single one of these identities?
If the GOP captures the House of Representatives, and are serious about restoring liberty, they need to go through the budget line by line and strike the funding of activities such as this as well as the billions being funneled to social activist groups aligned with the Democrat party. All appropriations must be approved by the House of Representatives. A Speaker McCarthy and GOP House majority can make a huge difference if they use the power of the purse when producing spending bills. The question is, do they have the desire and backbone to eliminate the wasteful spending and funding of oppression?
“Private Brokers”
It’s a whole industry, evolved from the “marketing data” industry. Remember those survey cards that would come with every appliance, electronics, etc. purchase. They gave a very poor picture of consumer markets. Most of the time people (like me!) wouldn’t bother to send them in. Think that on super-duper steroids thanks to the Internet. The Internet has made what once was voluntary mandatory. You get on the Internet; your interests are revealed! More is collected by the Tech Giants then the government could ever hope to do! The government could close down much of their SIGINT and just buy it from the Tech Giants. For the most part this is the only way these Internet Tech Giants can make money. They sell the collected “interests” of their users.
Also, anyone who can hand them a check can buy it. Corporations looking to develop and market a product, companies planning maintenance agreements, etc. Couple all that “data” with AI Deep Learning algorithms and huge accurate picture of YOU is constructed. So far there’s nothing illegal about it, it’s just another form of “Marketing Research”. Note Insurance Companies are deeply interested in this data. That includes business, auto, & home. Your behavior and interest factor into their risk assessments. You’re “collected” against in ways you can’t imagine and IT’S NOT THE GOVERNMENT! it’s just companies trying to separate you from your cash. (Don’t you feel comforted that is just Good Ole Capitalism!) It will only get worse as the Internet of Things becomes more ubiquitous.
When I say anyone can buy it, I mean anyone!
For example, I am sure China collects it, they’d be foolish not to! They’ve made huge investments in Deep Learning, both internally and through their friends at for example “Google”. Couple that in with their DNA collection through the genealogy companies and they have a picture of you down to your molecules!
Just as it is illegal for the government to build a huge database on all of us, it’s illegal for the government to do it by proxy, pretending that a private company is doing it.
Yeah— isnt that something. Back in the real days— if they wanted to tap a phone they got a warrant and it was then LEGAL. Now they just drive around and “poll” cellular dragon towers for digital identifiers from locators. This is wrong.
There needs to be a defense from people who should not have to fear for their legitimate privacy. Criminals— with warrants- got no problem on them being tracked.
The entire Jan 6 arrestees were based on a lot of phone data— many were there to support Trump, and they definitely did not violently insurrect. No matter to the current Clouseaus.
