The executive order is meanigless and will do little or nothing to “protect womens rights.” No federal law can do anything whether its a law passed by Congress or a mere executive order. Its up to the states to decide what they want to enact concering “reproductive rights.”
It is a right whichi is not found in the US Constitution as a federally protected right. Therefore it is as a matter oflaw, reserved to each of the 50 states.
Joes executive order is based on lies. The real purpose he has is to instigate violence on institutions that promote life such as churches and birthiing clinics, as well as to do violance to the Supreme Cout Justices who made the decision, specifically Gorsuch, Barrett, Kavanaugh , and Thomas.Andhe want his cannon fodder to vote democrat in November, even though the federal government no longer has any further authority to codify Roe v Wade by passing a congressional law.If they did win in November , there still would be no basis to pass such a law federally.
Joe has been a street thug politician his whole career. And as president he still is a street thug who gins up hate to get his way. He will fail.
And when the Republican Party wins byvirtue of MAGA in November, they will control both the Senate and the House of Representatives. And they will impeach Joe Biden and Kamala Harris jointly.Hopefully they both will be gone by March of 2023.We will have Republicans controlling an interim presidemcy until January of 2025 when President Trump will win re-election and be installed as President.
