I think the scientific term of art is "obliterated".
One night we had a guy brought in who was absolutely legless. We sent an ETOH level out on him and as I was getting the results on the phone the patient was getting up to leave (against medical advice). The tech gave me the result and asked "is this guy breathing?" and my reply was "not only is he breathing,he's leaving".
