Hate to nitpick, but that is 4x over the limit at an absolute level that is very nearly 5x the limit.

I think the scientific term of art is "obliterated".

Many years ago I worked in a big city ER...night shift Unit Coordinator. On the night shift we'd regularly send blood samples to a nearby 24 hour lab (via cab),mainly ETOH levels.And we'd get the results,by phone,an hour or so later.

One night we had a guy brought in who was absolutely legless. We sent an ETOH level out on him and as I was getting the results on the phone the patient was getting up to leave (against medical advice). The tech gave me the result and asked "is this guy breathing?" and my reply was "not only is he breathing,he's leaving".

True story!
