The left hates first and then finds a target the hatred wherever possible. The left especially likes hating good things.

The Left is very pleased with the Constitution's restraint on government power, because that is how they are allowed to organize their revolution and to overthrow the nation.
Why do you suppose they are so obsessed with the 1950s, the "blacklist", "McCarthyism", the Rosenbergs, etc, etc?
Government power, wielded by patriots, is what they fear the most.
When they heard Ronald Reagan utter the magic words ""Government is not the solution to our problem, government is the problem.", they wet their pants with joy.
And look how far they have come since then!
