I thought monkeypox was transmitted via sex.

How the hell is a mask (over your mouth) going to protect you from a contact virus?
They need to recommend TWO masks. One is a banana inserted into a particular orifice and second is the usual one over your mouth. Better yet stop playing gay party games.
BTW, still wondering if any if the afflicted:
1) Actually have monkeypox.
2) Have had and/or had close contact with anyone who received an orthopoxvirus vectored CoupFlu vaxx.
3) The HIV status of any of the afflicted.
4) And if any were/are taking PrEP?
Those aren’t masks.

Per CDC: Monkeypox spreads between people primarily through direct contact with infectious sores, scabs, or body fluids. It also can be spread by respiratory secretions during prolonged, face-to-face contact. Monkeypox can spread during intimate contact between people, including during sex, as well as activities like kissing, cuddling, or touching parts of the body with monkeypox sores. At this time, it is not known if monkeypox can spread through semen or vaginal fluids.
We should all wear masks because they worked so well with Covid.
And don’t have intimate relations with random strang…Never mind that! Just put on the mask you, you superspreader.
Don’t pick at your gay partner’s scabs. Don’t let him bite you. Don’t do the nasty and you should be relatively fine.
The mask is to prevent sudden fellatio syndrome among sodomites.
Really. Masks covering homosexual males’ anuses (ani?) would be not something I personally would want to check for.
