I had it twice. The biggest thing are lungs. If the cough is mild u should good.
Go to flccc alliance for their early protocol. Husband and I are 50’s and overweight. We had it in November and we took quercetin, zinc, vitamin c, vitamin d, advil, tylenol, aspirin, electrolytes and used a fingertip oxygen monitor. I took L-lysine starting at about day three, which I normally use to fend off the cold sore virus, and I think it changed the course because I felt things change. I never got the lung issues or nasal junk. I also used elderberry syrup at the beginning, but I stopped taking elderberry because I think it was making my immune system overreact and have that cytokine storm. Day 7 I got the worst headache of my life. 2 ER docs sent me home to take more advil and tylenol which wouldn’t touch it. I used ice packs and hot packs and they sometimes helped. After 5 days of suffering an NP prescribed prednisone and 3 teeny pills later the headache was gone forever. This disease can take a turn for the worse at days 7-10. Don’t let anyone tell you that your situation is not life threatening and send you go home to take OTC drugs if you get that headache, because it is unbearable and who knows what Covid is doing to your brain. Nobody should have to put up with that level of pain in this day and age, vaxxed or unvaxxed.
