And BTW, I’ve always been disappointed in pizza around NYC. Who wants to eat a stale pizza, which seems to be the norm?
I notice that a lot of places here in Cali that claim to have NY style pizza have a bunch of slices ready to go, i.e. stale. They throw them in the oven for a quick heat-up and will throw a couple extra items on there if you request.
Not my idea of a great pizza.
