We want to open this evening with a story you may not have heard, but that you should definitely know about. It begins early last year when Joe Biden, in one of his very first acts as president, brought the United States back into the World Health Organization.
We saw this, and we thought: Why would Biden be so anxious to do something like that? At the time, we assumed it was just part of his larger de-orangification effort. Trump had pulled the U.S. out of the World Health Organization, so Biden had to do the opposite. Childish, but that seemed like a fair explanation.
Still, it did seem a little weird because there aren't many international bodies that are more thoroughly discredited than the World Health Organization, particularly after COVID. It's a laughingstock. There's one thing it's not good at, it's public health.

Perhaps he was waiting just one or two weeks before the big event to speak about it, knowing how the public’s attention can quickly wane or become redirected with Big Govt’s ‘planned emergencies’.

I’ll bet you that GHWB remark was not widely circulated in the United States back then. This was way before the internet. Not many ways to discover what was said if the NYT or other big newspapers of that time chose not to publicize it. There may have been certain magazines and periodicals containing the information, but that kind of media was mainly for teachers, professors and lawyer types. Not your People Magazine crowd.

Can the U.S. make a treaty with an organization that is not a nation? And without Senate ratification?
I know a treaty cannot supersede the U. S. Constitution or Bill of Rights.

Yes. And of course, there would be other nations signing it as well. But from what I’ve seen argued about the alleged unwritten promise made by James Baker back in 1990 regarding NATO expansion, we would be bound to the WHO agreement even if it isn’t ratified, and even if it is only a verbal agreement.
The United Nations is an enemy of the United States of America.
