How about this...instead of throwing money at SemiCon's (full disclosure: I
have worked in this industry for close to 30 years and would benefit from
this bill), remove the over the top Federal regulation involving wafer
fabrication and keep the unions far away from the labor force...there is a
reason that the Semi's went to Asia...the Fed made it very expensive to do
business here.

Not sure about the final version. Nancy’s version would’ve let Chinese nationals, partly paid by the Chinese military, to absolutely dominate the U.S. tech labor market. Every trained Chinese tech worker who wants could come to America.... tens of millions!
