The district has misidentified the bully in this case. It’s the “non-binary” girl, not the boys. And the teachers.
If the school bullying standards of today were applied to when I went to middle school, we all would have been charged with murder. Misgendering they/them? Boo hoo.
People have their own fantasies. The rest of us have NO OBLIGATION to participate in those fantasies.

fine...If I was those parents I would decide that me and my family be addressed as His/Her Majesty. Or some other silly thing.

This is an approach for combating lunacy that hasn’t been explored sufficiently IMO. Same with municipal insurance for cities that deliberately fail to perform their legal obligations (i.e., maintain order). Of course, larger cities are self-insured and therefore don’t care if they bankrupt themselves.

Why “refer” to them at all? I don’t see the issue. When we determined that a fellow student was a fruitcake, we just ignored them completely, no need to worry about what they wanted to be called, that particular day.
13 year olds cannot be “hit with Title IX complaints”
The school need to get slammed with a nice little civil rights lawsuit for violating the kids First Amendment eights.

I knew they would be arresting people for not following the nazi “pronoun” mandate. All they had to do was redefine the use of pronouns as “sexual harassment.”
So now you can go to jail for speaking English correctly.
I will not use made-up pronouns. Forcing me to do so is fascism.
