The discovery was made by two paddleboarders who say they noticed, what appeared at first glance to be a rock. However, upon further inspection, they realized they had discovered bones.
As it stands, there are no signs of foul play, sources tell the 8 News Now I-Team.

Good call. I’ll go with ‘drowning’ until there’s proof of a crime.

I have seen enough Columbo and Alfred Hitchcock Presents episodes to know that homicides passed off as drownings are DEFINITELY a thing.

Maybe these are the bones missing from the second barrel.

It’s a big dumping ground 600 ft deep and has been for a long time. Just take the boat out and sink the body. Just 35 minuets from Vegas.

Yep. That’s where Neri dumped Fredo’s body.

Cement shoes are indeed an indication of a drowning.

Cement shoes are indeed an indication of a drowning. Or a poor choice of swimming flippers ...

My favorite was a Perry Mason where he had Paul toss a weighted dummy off a cliff to see if it was an accident or a homicide.
It was a homicide. ;)

There’s an episode of the TV sitcom Modern Family where they go out on the lake. And Gloria, who is from Columbia is hating being there. Someone asks her why she’s not having a good time and she says: In my country, the lake is where you go to dump the body!
