Moskva, meet Harpoon.
Neptune. Two of them...
I doubt it would have much an effect.
But, the newer Russian subs nicknamed the “black hole” by our navy is another matter.
Wow - sounds about as unsinkable as the Bismarck!
Laid down in 1976.
Moskva, meet Neptunes. LOL!
Where are the Harpoons ?
April 10:

2 Neptunes work just as well.
She just had an “accident”.
“The Russian navy cruiser Moskva by far is the most powerful warship in the Black Sea.”
Only because no other power in the world actually cares to possess the Black Sea anymore. Well, maybe the Turks still care, if you can consider them a power.
I don’t think the Russian navy has kept up. Moskva probably doesn’t have enough genderfluid crew to be fully battleworthy.
The problem is not the “conceivable” attacks; the real problem is the attack you dismissed as “inconceivable”.
The Putinistas will say Moskva’s sinking today was just a “feint”.
Not too long from now there will be lots of colorful fish swimming around that ship.
Russian warship, go sink yourself!
