You referred to HCQ as “worthless remedies” without specifying what disease it was “worthless” for.
Well it's not worthless at all.
It's been extremely effective for malaria for decades.
And very effective for covid with zinc too.
There are literally hundreds of posts here about the work of Dr Zelenko using HCQ to effectively treat covid.

The trouble with you far left crazies is, you need to keep the covid hysteria going in order to steal the elections again in November. So you go nuts at the talk of any cure and fight hard to talk it down. Well you will not be allowed to do that.

I too was a fan of Dr Zelenko. The clinical trials of HCQ, however, found it to be worthless. This one titled, “Do Zinc Supplements Enhance the Clinical Efficacy of Hydroxychloroquine?: a Randomized, Multicenter Trial” makes that point. Here is the link to the PubMed Central journal report:
