The Denver District Attorney's office has decided to drop the second-degree murder charge against the man accused in a fatal shooting at an October 2020 rally in downtown Denver.

Lee Keltner, 49, got into a confrontation with Matthew Dolloff, 32, as crowds from a pair of rallies in Civic Center Park dispersed.

The rallies included a “Patriot Muster” and a “BLM-Antifa Soup Drive.” Dolloff was working as security for Denver Gazette news partner 9News.

Dolloff got away with murder.

An armed CCW holder can NOT provoke or instigate a confrontation and the video evidence is CLEAR that is exactly what he did.

As for Antifa's "canned food drive" that was BS as the cans were used as weapons to assault conservatives at the event.

Yes, he did.

That incident was, in my opinion, a planned assassination involving the provocateur, the shooter, and the channel 9 cameraman who was so conveniently positioned to film the event.

It was intended as a staged self-defense episode, but things went just a little off script. No matter, the Denver DA provided cover.

Denver has sanctioned assassination as a response to political demonstrations of which they do not approve.

Everybody will hate the new rules. And everybody will end up playing by them.

The narrator pretends Keltner started it by swinging at Dolloff, but its clear that Dolloff engaged Keltner and reached for him, which is what placed him within slapping distance of Keltner.
