Most people have no idea that it has anchovies in it. You don’t really taste it, as you generally don’t in a well-made Caesar or Green Goddess dressing.

I’m looking at the ingredients, there’s no mention of anchovies or tamarind paste. It does include soy. I must not be getting the right kind.

it is a fishy smelly process, don’t know if this is the same doc I saw about it’s origination in south east asia as the fish sauce all Asians love

I just checked the label and there are Anchovies in Worcestershire sauce. Fourth ingredient right after High Fructose Corn Syrup. *SMIRK* Now THERE is a taste combination everyone should love, LOL!
But, I already knew that. :)
