And $120,000 in restitution plus a $25,000 fine.

The judge ripped him. It was a joy to watch.

30 months probation but can travel for work
First 150 days of this in jail starting today
$120,106 restitution to Chicago for the investigation expense (after $10,000 credit for payment made in the earlier plea deal)
$25,000 fine
.........
The judge emphasized that he committed perjury. Will he be indicted for that?

“Only 150 days?”

No, he received 5 months in jail, starting about an hour ago, restitution and a fine of $145,000 ish and 3 years of felony probation, (with travel outside of IL allowed).

I’m just thankful the asshat is sitting in jail tonight and for the next several months!

Lying ass fraudster and felon that he is!
