A deleted web article recovered by The National Pulse reveals that former President Barack Obama spearheaded an agreement leading to the construction of biolabs handling “especially dangerous pathogens” in Ukraine.
The news comes on the same day that Biden regime apparatchik Victoria Nuland told the U.S. Senate that the American government is concerned about biological research facilities falling into Russian hands as a result of the ongoing conflict in Eastern Europe.

If they’re scared of Russians gaining control of these facilities it can only mean:
1. The facilities contain deadly pathogens
2. The facilities contain deadly pathogens they can no longer weaponize
3. The Russians can prove these facilities were being used by the US to weaponize deadly pathogens

The list keeps growing.
It was first mentioned in a Twitter account that was quickly blocked. Then the US embassy in Kiev took down all materials related to biological threat reduction. But it was archived.
Whether the US was funding bio weapons research is not known. However the Russians did target those areas in their initial bombing campaign.
But here’s a quote which MIGHT be relevant:

My first thought when I saw this is, I flat out do not trust rubio. I agree, something else is in play here. But we will never know the truth.
Yeah they are trying to spin it that Russia would do something bad with it. As if that isn’t the intentions of those overseeing the labs. Damage control is what the US govt is doing.
