The ambassador is an enterprising and giving soul. On the side, to earn a few extra dollars for war orphans he sells bridges at cost.
It seems odd that the Russian military would allow its troops to freely divulge such information. Usually, messages home are heavily censored to prevent leaking vital information.
Also, how did the Ukrainian government get said confidential information?
