Judge makes ban on Saget autopsy records release permanent
ORLANDO, Fla. — A judge in Florida on Monday agreed to make permanent an order that prohibits the release of photos, video or other records related to the investigation into the death of comedian Bob Saget.
During a court hearing in Orlando, Circuit Judge Vincent Chiu said he would issue a permanent injunction that had been requested by Saget’s widow, Kelly Rizzo, and his three daughters. The family members had filed a lawsuit seeking to stop the release of any records from the local medical examiner’s office and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office involving the investigation into Saget’s death.
I’m really wondering what happened here. They say he fell backwards onto a marble floor. But his skull was - according to what we’re being told - almost crushed. He supposedly got up and got in bed, not realizing something was wrong.
Did he owe gambling debts?
The thing I found odd per one of the reports I read is that at the time his body was found - his hands were placed on his chest. That is most unusual. Hands on the chest implies the person is/was resting comfortably, eg someone who had dozed off while lounging with a book in hand, etc. That is not the posture of someone who was in pain at the time he/she fell unconscious, asleep or died. Unless - his hands were placed on his chest by someone else.
