It’s all worthless babble.
The Russians began insulating themselves YEARS ago. In fact, they even mandated that all their state employees not have foreign investments etc.
There’s just not that much leverage there.
But it sounds real good.
Symbolism over Substance, as usual. Just do enough so the press can proclaim Biden stood down Putin.

Diversify, have some gold/silver, some quality crypto, some .22LR, some TP, some distilled spirits, etc., etc. things that appreciate, not depreciate like the $.
Biden, Pelosi and Schumer are the biggest reasons for our current inflation.
Newsflash to “top economist,” we had higher inflation coming DESPITE what occurred with Russia and Ukraine or any sanctions placed upon Russia. Truth be told, most all the sanctions placed on Russia were ALREADY IN PLACE!
This is the narrative going into November elections. Sanctions on Russia have caused inflation.
Seems the Dems are doing everything they can to break the American Dollar and leave the American taxpayer pennyless.
True unless we return to Trump’s policies.
This is our problem. Trump was a President for all people. Biden is a President for a failed ideology.
