My way of dealing with an incorrect order: “Excuse me, I order a hamburger and I didn’t get it” Clerk: “I am sorry let me check the ticket and see if it was entered” Me: “thank you” Yes, it’s pretty easy. And a lot of times if it’s their mistake and you’re nice about it, they’ll even comp something or give you a freebie for a future visit.
