@robertblizzard
New #KY04 GOP primary poll for @MassieforKY shows him at 71%, none of his three opponents top 5%.
Claire Wirth has already blown through $100K, has a negative COH figure, and is at 3%. And, even if Wirth endorsed by Trump, Massie would lead 55%-20% (!).

Massie is going no where!
He needs to run to take McConnell’s spot.
And I think he’d make a decent Speaker, as well.
Been watching this guy, love him.
I like the cut of his jib.

Anyone have a translation of this? Who did Trump endorse? Is this good or bad news?
“I think Trump is at fault here,” Massie told The Dispatch. “I watched almost all of his speech. I felt like it was inevitable

I found this quote from Massie concerning January 6th. I also saw that he wouldn’t fund the border wall for Trump. Sounds like an idiot to me.

“This is the reason we moved from Arizona to Kentucky only to find out our Congressman was voting against the border wall. Illegal immigration costs the United States over $132 billion per year, so this is very much an issue any fiscal conservative should address.” Massie voted in February 2019 to support a Democratic-led resolution to block then-President Trump’s plan to build a wall on the country’s southern border, saying it violated the Constitution.
Good one!
“Overwhelming lead” maybe greater than Margin of Error…but will it be greater than Margin of Fraud?
He needs to take McConnel’s seat.
That’s problematic. Not sure if he’s still there or not.
I would say 71% is pretty overwhelming.
Trump was upset with Rep. Massie because he insisted on a roll call for the first coronvavirus bill or stimulus (I think).
He called Massie to try and get him to change his mind and he wouldn’t.
Trump was gunning for him at one point but Thomas is very conservative and popular in the district.
He is very conservative but also libertarian.
You wont agree with him 100 %
But, he votes against all the spending and has principled positions even going against the party leaders.
It’s going to be interesting once they take the majority with all these more conservative members like Massie, MTG, Gaetz, Jordan, etc.
They wont go along with business as usual I don’t think...
Sorry but if he won’t fund the border wall and he thinks Trump was responsible for January 6th then this guy is the absolute enemy.
I dont think he actually believes this
As for the border wall he was not against it in principle but against the funding mechanism.
Rand was also against the way it was done not the actual wall.
He voted for 5 billion to fund the wall in 2018, and consistently voted against the budgets from Paul Ryan that didn’t fund the wall.
He is opposed to emergency declarations from any President, that is what is being referenced apparently.
She has already spent $100,000 and is only at 3% in the polls.
She actually has spent more than she is raised, which is going to trigger a letter from the FEC.
Trump has not endorsed Wirth, and it would incredibly unlikely that he endorse someone who can’t even balance their campaign’s books competently.
