It’s a carjacking booth—specifically, a booth staffed by sheriff’s office personnel to warn attendees of the deadly dangers presented by the current wave of violent carjackings on Chicago’s streets and to give those car-show fans tips about how to avoid becoming the next victims.
Late last year, the city of Chicago announced that it was installing “bleeding control kits” in hundreds of buildings.
The idea was that if a person is shot, stabbed or beaten, it would be helpful to have medical supplies nearby until an ambulance can arrive. So in 269 buildings, including public libraries, senior-citizen centers and City Hall, 426 of the kits were mounted on walls. Inside each kit, according to the Chicago Office of Emergency Management and Communications, were tourniquets, gauze, scissors and gloves. The kits were stocked with enough stop-the-bleeding supplies to take care of up to eight victims until police or EMTs rolled up.

We don’t really have any Carjackings at my house in Arizona and we don’t get them in Henderson either? Why is that?? It can’t be because in Nevada you can have your loaded weapon on the front seat and in Arizona you can always carry a loaded weapon. There must be another reason???
I’ve told this story before, but here we go again. A friend’s brother got a job in Chicago. He arrived a few days early. As he pulled up to a light a car full of blacks pulled up beside him. They pointed guns at him. He turned around and drove home and called in on Monday saying he wouldn’t be moving there.
Think this through. How many tax paying worker types have had some Chicago experience that told them, “Ya’ know? I don’t need this. Life is too precious.” Multiply that by the hundreds of people and their myriad reasons and the total impact amortized over decades will be devastating.

In some areas of Chiraq most everyone has a loaded weapon in the car, and that does not even count the police.

The old root cause is the society that harbors and praises the carjacker and judges that return them to the streets.

When I left Hollywood in 1982 the neighborhood had few fences. When I went back to visit relatives in 1996 virtually every home had iron bars on the windows. It went to hell pretty quickly.

Do NOT "fix" their crime problems - that only chases them out of their designated Urban Reservations into normal neighborhoods.
