Getting PARS with updated crossing points , date and times must now be quite the task.
The system has to be overloaded.
It’s a Canadian Government site, so the volume of inquiries is not a problem, and they are managing to keep up with the other 24 crossings. If they are trying to be really accurate and things have deteriorated to the point where that is not possible, keeping outdated data up rather than posting “between 7 and 9 hours, we hope” is one way of approaching things. However, I suspect it is a case of trying to keep bad news quiet as long as possible.
