We might not have actually seen the last of Tom Brady in the NFL.
While the undisputed greatest quarterback of all-time had what amounted to a several-day retirement last week, he is not ruling out an eventual comeback to the league.
On his SiriusXM show “Let’s Go!” Brady was asked by co-host Jim Gray about the possibility of returning to football. “[Michael Jordan] came back. Muhammad Ali came back. Mike Tyson came back. So inevitably some quarterback’s going to get hurt or not perform at the level and it’s gonna start in July in training camp. It’s gonna go again in September and probably again in October and November. How are you gonna entertain those thoughts? And would you ever consider that?” Gray asked.

He will return for the 2022-23 season. Book it
I still wouldn’t bet he won’t play this season.
Hello...SF 49ers.
He must be getting some lucrative offers from other teams.
His presence would sell alot of tickets.
Well, I can sure say never on caring.
He’ll make the wifey happy by staying out one year and then go back in for one more year.
I remember when NHL Hall of Famer Scott Stevens retired after the lockout that canceled the 2004-05 season. His announcement was unexpected, and when asked about it he said that the year off had gotten him out of his normal routines, gave him a whole new perspective on life, and got him involved in other things that he found more fulfilling.
He’s already calling an audible. Must have deflated his balls.
The NFL is a form of corruption and the world would be better off without it.
The Vikings need to hire Tom Brady to be their QB/Head Coach/GM. It’s never been done before, and Cousins needs to sit on the bench and learn from the best for one or two seasons.
What a strange comment.
It's just garbage entertainment. Like most things on television, and as a live venue, not quite as classy and uplifting as a topless bar or seeing two dogs humping on the town green.
You Viking's Fans are so desperate, I guess that losing all those Superbowls will do it to you.
Cousins is a stiff, and even if he carried Brady's computer for a few seasons, he'd still be a stiff {but Brady as QB might get you Superbowl Victory}.
Head Coach?
I don’t see that happening in any case.
NFL head coaches don’t get to see their own families for at least 10 months a year.
First starting quarterback goes down next season, that phone will be ringing.
Why did you retire? The Bucs are the favorite to win their division next year if you keep playing.
Looks like you were right, he just announced he’s coming back for another season
