My Le Creuset is a heavy bugger and my wife hates to try and lift it. But she does love all the things I cook in it. I make a beef stew that starts with anchovies and garlic that is a regular as well as some corned beef New England dinners that come around three or four times a year.

Sure I have some cast iron for camping and the grill as needed. but with about ten pieces of this flame red I know I can handle any task with ease.
