I hear you; I don’t eat as much of that junk as I used to because I’m older, but I’ve never gone to one in the “deep hood”. In my area they seem to be exclusively staffed by Hispanics with Asian (Arab or Indian) managers.
They already try to edit out any identifying logos in the online videos, and someone pointed out to me that the fast food places themselves had removed any logos in areas that feature prominently in those videos.
Everywhere here is the hood now with all the rentals popping up. Some of the places close down very early, because of a shortage of workers. I can’t resist those hot McDonald’s fries when my husband takes a trip to McDonald’s. It’s the only thing I order.
I homeschool my 12 year old because the public schools teach nothing and are over-crowded, so I do delivery on the side and always try to avoid certain areas. I can’t wait to sell the house after repairs are done after Hurricane Ida and move to a small town in the country where my husband has relatives.
There even used to be horse farms not too far away, but all that’s gone now.
