I have a liberal neighbor with one of those "We believe" signs in his yard. At Christmas, two of my gifts for my youngest grandson were things he already had. I gave those presents to my neighbor's son, who is near the same age. The little boy replied with a thank you card of his own making.

To me, "love your neighbor" starts with actions; maybe the feelings follow, maybe they don't. But you treat them without regard to their politics.
