A federal judge granted a temporary injunction Monday against a federal vaccine mandate for Navy SEALs, who sued Biden because they were seeking a religious exemption.
Judge Reed O’Connor, the U.S. District Court Judge for the Northern District of Texas, issued the stay in response to a lawsuit filed by First Liberty Institute on behalf of 35 active-duty SEALs and three reservists seeking a religious exemption, as first reported by Fox News Digital.

SEALS were like “nice navy special warfare outfit you have here, Brandon. It’d
be a shame if something happened to it”
Good on ya, SEALS. Stick it up Brandon’s arse.
Thank goodness! I suspect they are the healthiest and fittest people in the U.S.
“The Northern District of Texas, issued the stay.” Huge victory. The losers will fail in their push of a myth called “A virus Without Symptoms.”
Hm well what are the chances this gets extended to the whole-military forced shots?
Not that it’ll do much good, with how many people have already succumbed to them..
Its a good question. If we start to see service members unfit due to complications from the shots (like European soccer players), an additional question arises if we could see Courts Martial in the future regarding reduction of force readiness?
God blesses the brave!
Praise the Lord.
GO NAVY!
It’s not a win if the word ‘temporary’ is used

Vaccine Mandate Ping List. Finally, some more good news!
Is this the same petition from liberty counsel that the central florida court declined?
No, this one is different. First Liberty is working this one, the one in FL is, as you stated, being worked by Liberty Counsel, who have a court date this Friday to discuss basically the same thing. Hopefully, once that judge gets hit with the denials, the memo from a JAG, and a few other things, Biden and his cohorts in crime will get a major slap in the face.
I have become suspicious / paranoid / cynical about most things these days but I wonder why set the court date for a Friday?
I believe the last hopeful admonition from the florida court was that you can’t offer an exemption without granting any so show us, the court, what you are going to do.
Here’s hoping it turns out well.
Great news!
