Neither can he insure it, or ensure that. There's no way he can ensure the shots are safe and effective. He can say they are as much as he wants but he's going to lose some people, even many jabbed who had to do it for work. There are a shit ton fans of of Tucker, Ingraham, Joe Rogan(9 mil watchers) and many others that have been talking about this. His best political move would be to say as little as possible and try not to brag about something that's junk just because it happened under him.
