Let me take a wild guess: Because Dr. Fauci can’t make money off them.
If a person already had Covid and got through it, then they have natural immunity and are 5 times more immune to Covid then those who got the vaccine, so they don’t need the vaccine.
But wait! That means Pfizer cannot profit and neither can Dr. Josef Fauci! So ACHTUNG! Zey VILL take the vaccine by FORCE or off to to the ghetto with you!
Ok. This is very simple. The Twitter post mentions the Israeli study that found natural immunity is 27 times better than the vaccine. Similar results were found in a Cleveland Clinic study.
Therefore there is something about the vaccine which is very, very important for the US government to inject into everyone. Either this is:
1. Simply about money
or
2. Simply about programming people to comply
or
3. There is something about the vaccine which compromises your body.
That’s a cool website, the news that should be but isn’t. I like the GW Bush military tribunal. I wish he would write one on Hillary being arrested
The commissars who now run the FDA and CDC will not tolerate any health care policy however sound and valid that runs contrary to the prevailing, political narrative. “All must be vaccinated. All will submit.” America is resurrecting the policies of Stalin’s Soviet Russia.
Jabbing people is far cheaper than testing for immunity.

It’s true, it does smell like conspiracy.
I would suggest it could be ALL OF THE ABOVE (and more)
There is the old axiom “Follow the money”, and occams razor dictates the simplest explanation is most likely. $$$
There is also the social (human nature) aspect. You call it
“programming people to comply”, but there are many many studies in sociology that demonstrate how if you take any group in majority numbers and you tell them that they are better than the minority, there will be discrimination. Doesn’t have to have a racial component at all, like this case. The vaxxed are being told they are better people by the media and the government, and they harbor a subconscious anxiety that the vaccine may have harmed their health.
I would suggest that some hidden agenda for the vaccine may also be in play, but it is the least probable, and most difficult to discern. But you suggest the vaccine might intentional compromise the body, but I content that there are conspiracy theories that also play out where the conspirators believe they are doing good by people, and that is that there may be something more to the corona virus and it’s long term health concerns, or that covid19 was only phase 1 of biological warfare. If it’s not a conspiracy of that kind, then why such systematic and pervasive resistance to natural immunity?

The story about NIH Director Dr. Francis Collins being arrested in a military operation where navy SEALs shoot out his tires sounds completely bogus. Happy to be corrected if you find credible supporting information. I doubt you will be able to given that the linked site also claims George W. Bush has just been convicted by the military, and Dick Cheney flees for New Zealand, and, oh Hillary Clinton was hanged at GITMO. Really? The alien stories in the Weekly World News have more credibility.
