Question+ are you saying for use once infected, or for prevention? I do know clinical trials are underway in Kobe using it, but MHW has not been approved it nationally for the prevention (Japan uses only mRNA vaccines (Pfizer/AstraZeneca only) and there is no widespread use of it yet in Japan.

That was a quote from the Dr. Nagao on the video, to me the quote answers your question if you were asking him what he meant. Just read it again.

"If their PCR test is positive, here's some Ivermectin! We give a dose to everyone who wants it."

I will also quote Dr. Haruo Ozaki, chairman of the Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Association thusly:
