I spend all day making them and Boom! they are gone in 20 min!! best to get an assembly line going, lots of hands..

Those look like what I know as Pot Stickers. My go to sauce for those would usually be Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade sauce.
I have to be careful not to over cook the Stickers, or they will fall apart.
