There was a movie called Bitter Harvest. It is somewhere on web or pay per view.
I highly recommend.
The most dead bodies in a movie ever.
But with a happy end of sorts.

Yes I saw Bitter Harvest and Mr. Jones, which is also very good.

Holocaust movies have the advantage. First of all, there are so many - see the scrolling list at the post. Secondly, no one movie has the burden of telling the entire story. Every Holocaust movie assumes you are already familiar with the story.

The three Holodomor movies that have been made can reasonably assume that the story is new to the average viewer. If one has to tell the whole story in one movie, the magnitude of the murders can be mind-numbing.
