After 18-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse was acquitted of all charges in the deaths of two men who attacked him in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last year, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler immediately announced his request for action from the federal government.
Now, some legal experts say any prosecution by President Joe Biden’s Justice Department claiming Rittenhouse committed civil rights violations while defending himself would almost certainly fail.
And the chances of a successful civil lawsuit would likely be just as poor.

After all the defamation lawsuits he should be able to move to a more free country , like Russia, or better yet he may be able to buy a country of his own.
He'll be Sandmann rich in a few years.
There is a note in the Wisconsin State Legislature self defense statute:
939.48 Self-defense and defense of others.
"A person may employ deadly force against another, if the person reasonably believes that force is necessary to protect a 3rd-person or one's self from imminent death or great bodily harm, without incurring civil liability for injury to the other."Kyle's Not Guilty verdict in the killing of Rosenbaum and Huber, and his shooting of Grosskreutz would seem to be a finding of legal self defense. But I ain't a lawyer.
Trying to indict Rittenhouse on civil rights charges should prompt Rittenhouse to sue for defamation.
The state of the country today:
A male who defends himself with a legal firearm against a mob gets hounded and persecuted for life by karens and governement;
women who hire someone to murder their unborn baby for them, get parades and government support and defense
He wants and expects to attend Arizona State next year.
I hope he sues the pants of all of them who defamed him
The Left is using the unlimited resources of government to outspend and harass.
This is to intimidate us peasants so we are afraid to use our fundamental rights. This is intended to cause terror.
Criminal democrats favorite weapon in this civil war is lawfare.

Oh, I think Rittenhouse’s lawyers are already working on the defamation suits.
AND Kyle plans on building his first mansion on the backs of their future misery.

Hard to believe that only 22% of the people reading the piece think Kyle will be allowed to live out his life in peace, free of the ‘Justice’ Department breathing down his neck.
I’ll help them here. Rosenbaum was a Jewish guy (at least his name is Jewish), so the case will be made that the crime was antisemitic...and back to trial goes Kyle. From the standpoint of the ‘Justice’ Department, what’s the downside?
Kyle is lucky it was a white guy he had to shoot.
