When we were in high school we used to walk a creek that ran into Lake Minnetonka and shot carp with our bows. We would give them to the Hmong or throw them into dumpsters.

I got a great recipe for carp. The trick is to bake them on a cedar plank. Then with the fish is done, throw it out and eat the cedar plank.
Because it tastes a sight better than the carp.
