This is potentially the biggest news of the century. I’ve kept the issue of the PCAPS in my subconscious for many months, seeking some definitive resolution one way or another. The Sioux City Cyber Symposium certainly didn’t go the way many of us expected. I spent many weeks coaching and prepping Brian Cates with the technical understanding of what would need to be presented to make the PCAPS a credible evidence source. The implications that fall out of this, if the PCAPs are in fact the real thing, are stunning from a cybersecurity perspective.
One of the things we grappled with at the time is that to be credible and legitimate, it almost certainly had to involve some sort of Mil/Intel agency to obtain that kind of data from that many sources (he claims 3,000+ counties) simultaneously. That is a *massive* undertaking; I’ve done Packet Capture work myself n the past for various jobs, so I understand very well how complex and massive such a thing must have been.
Dr. Frank: “...and also, they [the hackers of the voting systems] used some of our own national infrastructure. “
Frank says that CISA provided “malware detection” software of some type to the counties to secure their systems; and implies that THIS infrastructure, tools supplied by CISA itself, was exploited in the compromise of the voting machines.

Thanks for this revelation. I have been wondering how such earth shaking revelations got so quickly buried. I did some research on Lindell's program producer at the time his first release came forth, but I have lost track since then... many distractions.
' Earth shaking' because it tends to prove that a Chinese cyber attack overthrew a U.S. election -- thus eliminating their #1 foe on their way to global domination.

There is a lawsuit being drafted by Kurt Olsen to be filed with the US Supreme Court on the morning of November 23 (Tuesday before Thanksgiving Thursday, nine days from now). It is encyclopedia, definitive, and includes far more material than has ever been made public. What was filed last December was the result of three weeks’ rushed investigation: what is being prepared now is the result of a year’s worth of investigation, and invokes a novel Constitutional argument that I for one find conclusive.
We want Attorneys General to sign it. There are 26 states with Republican Attorneys General.

Thus it is the states which are the litigants in this Supreme Court filing, but unlike the last time this was attempted (last December), this time we have the information that SCOTUS cannot turn away.
